My View on Healing
I believe in using both Reiki and the Emotion Code to heal the disassociation between mind, body and spirit that we tend to experience as a result of our social and cultural conditioning. Our culture today suggests that we not love our physical selves but judge and analyze them while also stifling our emotions, pain, desires and natural tendencies in order to wear a more socially acceptable mask. I have witnessed, as well as experienced, the healing that occurs when blockages and imbalances are released and know that our entire being is treated with the high vibrational energy of Reiki.
It has been my experience that by being conscious of and celebrating the natural cycles in and of our lives and flowing with the energies that move us along instead of resisting them, we can truly honor the sacredness of our Selves. Releasing all of the emotions, thought-patterns, culturally instilled values and prejudices, beliefs and judgments that cloak the true Self by clogging the physical and energetic bodies can help us begin to heal and begin to recognize the Self without all of the environmental influence.
Allowing ourselves to be exactly who we are without judgment is how we begin to express our own Divinity and how we heal. The goal is to continue to grow towards Love in all aspects of our lives, to reach a place of neutrality and contentment where we can remain centered and safe within the home of ourselves, regardless of the chaos surrounding us. ~ Jamie
My dog, Buddy, is going to the vet for acupuncture treatments for back and liver issues. He has had a very hard time relaxing during treatments and as we went in for the last visit, I had decided if he had a another bad visit, we were done. I was amazed that he was able to lay down and completely relax during this treatment. Head down, eyes closed. He practically slept through the whole visit. It wasn't until we got home, I remembered Buddy had received a second emotion code reading on Monday, three days before. I'm sure releasing his fears allowed him to relax and allow his acupuncture to work better as a result. Thank you so much, Jamie.L.H., Spokane, WA
Recently, I was very fortunate to have Jamie Cotner provide Emotion Code Therapy for my two cats. Both cats have either physical or emotional issues which I felt could possibly be affected by trapped emotions. During the treatments, I was amazed and surprised by the amount of trapped emotions that were uncovered (some of them human related) and released during the sessions that Jamie provided. Both cats are doing much better and continue to improve on an ongoing basis. As a result of Jamie's work, I truly believe that Emotion Code Therapy plays an important part in helping our precious furry family members lead long and healthy lives. Thank you Jamie for your amazing work!JK - Spokane Valley
