Reiki State Certification / Reiki Training Program
The Reiki Training Program, Washington's only certified Reiki program was founded in Seattle, Washington in 2000 by Eileen Dey and is the only licensed vocational school of Reiki in the state of Washington. It is also the only certified educational provider of Reiki for Labor and Industry recipients. We are an inclusive program and have trained over 1000 students from around the country and the world. Our alumni association, the Reiki Fellowship creates community, holds a monthly Reiki Clinic, and promotes Reiki as a modern and viable healing art.
These classes are taught and mentored by Stacia Zadra, Usui & Karuna® Reiki Master/Teacher. Stacia shares her experience as a holistic healer, her insight for practice building and gift for medical intuition with her students. Each class is rich in curriculum and mentoring to provide every student with information, knowledge and wisdom to be an effective Reiki healer. Students are encouraged to develop their own Reiki personality and to share their gifts with their familes and community.
Our passion in raising the bar for Reiki training is to ensure new standards of excellence. All Reiki students are required to participate in Reiki healing circles to gain experience and confidence as a Reiki practitioner.
Compass Rose A Holisitc Healing Center, Inc. offers Reiki Training certification for Reiki Practitioners and Reiki Master/Teachers. For those interested in collaborative efforts with traditional medicine, the Reiki State Certification is very beneficial. It demonstrates to the potential referring physician that the Reiki Practitioner has spent a year being mentored. We also offer individual sessions àla carte for those that do not wish to complete a certified course or would simply like to supplement their current Reiki training.
All classes listed below are required for completion of the Reiki Master/Teacher program. Those marked with an asterisk (*) are required for the Reiki Practitioner Program.
Program Tuitions and Class Dates
You can pay for your tuition for the Reiki Training Program classes individually (àla carte) or commit to a full course to become a Practitioner or a Reiki Master/Teacher. If you are planning on receiving a certification, we recommend paying for the program in full or in equal monthly payments. Ala carte classes must be paid in their full amount the day of class.

Class Descriptions
REIKI I*
An introduction to Reiki Healing. This course covers the background and history of Reiki, the hands-on healing positions for self-treatment and treatment of others. You will receive traditional Usui Reiki attunements to establish yourself as a channel for healing and practice Reiki on yourself and others.
$195.00 - 8 hours total. No prerequisite required.
INSIGHT REIKI™*
This course is appropriate for all types of bodywork therapies, including Reiki. Techniques are developed by Reiki Training Program founder, Eileen Dey, M.A. and are drawn from Process Work and Existential Psychology, hypnotherapy and shamanism. Learn practical guidelines and procedures for integrating verbal communication within the context of the bodywork session.
Apply methods to your own issues/health concerns for deep level healing. Emphasis will be on following the movements and direction of the client vs. expertise of the practitioner.
$250.00 - 8 hours total. Prerequisite- Reiki I.
REIKI II*
With this course, Reiki student will be able to increase the flow of energy, address mental and emotional issues requiring healing and send the Universal life force energy to someone at a distance. You will learn the ancient Reiki symbols and experience how they work to help situations and symptoms change to more positive outcomes.
$250.00 - 8 hours total. Prerequisite- Reiki I.
ADVANCED INSIGHT REIKI™*
Explore the deeper aspects of the body, mind and soul connection. Building on the practice of bodywork counseling, we go further and apply successful techniques that assist the practitioner in dealing with their clients and their own: fear of success/failure, anger management, chronic pain, and depression and anxiety.
Learn to become comfortable with incorporating role playing and ‘take overs’ into the session. Emphasis will be on following the movements and direction of the client vs. the expertise of the practitioner.
$300.00 - 8 hours total. Prerequisite- Reiki I, Insight Reiki.
REIKI III
Reiki III works with the Master Symbol and teaches you how to work more with your breath, beliefs, ethics, emotional issues and communication. We will engage in various Shamanic, Indigenous and esoteric Buddhist practices throughout the course. This course required for those students pursuing Master training, and optional for those pursuing Practitioner training.
$500.00 - 8 hours total. Prerequisite- Reiki I & II.
REIKI TEACHER ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This is the course required before students co-facilitate Reiki classes and pass attunements. In this course, they will learn: the dynamics and psychology of being a teacher; the dynamics and psychology of students; and the fundamentals of passing Reiki attunements.
In this class each student must come prepared to talk for at least 30 minutes and explain their concept of the different levels of Reiki. They must also create their own Reiki informational packets for each level and submit for critique and evaluation.
$225.00 - 8 hours total. Prerequisite- Reiki I, II & III
REIKI CO-FACILITATION OF I, II, & III
Master level students are required to co-facilitate levels I, II, and III of the Usui Reiki workshops. This co-facilitation includes attunement practice, small group interaction with students and guidance and feedback from the instructor.
Each level of Reiki students will be co-facilitated separately, in 8 hour sessions. Students are required to schedule co-facilitation in advance.
$125.00 for each 8 hour session - 24 hours total. Prerequisite- Reiki I, II & III, Reiki Teacher Roles and Responsibilities.
CULTIVATING A SUCCESSFUL HEALING PRACTICE*
Have a dream of a busy and fantastic teaching and/or healing practice? Wondering how to make that dream a reality? Learn how to create a thriving private practice through the creative process using practical and energetic means.
The course covers the various types of business entities, basic concepts of market planning, including the creation of a successful advertising campaign, business administration, the mission statement, and construction of a support network. An emphasis will be placed on developing your practice using your own creative process. We will engage in the beginning construction of a 'dream collage' for your vision.
$125.00 - 6 hours total. No prerequisites.
ETHICS, BOUNDARIES, & CASE STUDIES*
Becoming a Reiki practitioner requires a sense of one's integrity, understanding of appropriate boundaries and the ethics involved in handling each client. In this class, we will discuss guidelines set forth by the International Association of Reiki Professionals, present case studies and participate in role plays to assist the practitioner in developing a strong foundation.
$75.00 - 2 hours total. No prerequisites.
REIKI & THE MERIDIANS/EASTERN PHILOSOPHY*
This course will explore the meridian system and five element theory, investigating the characteristics of the five elements, and how they impact on our energy system and personalities. We will bring Reiki energy to the meridian system and the five elements within the bodymind, with the focus still being that Reiki works for the individuals highest good.
This course does not teach the practitioner to treat the meridian system in the way that an acupuncturist or shiatsu practitioner does, but in bringing a focus to the meridians, it will open up new possibilities for the Reiki practitioner.
$375.00 - 12 hours total. No prerequisites.
PRIVATE ADVISORY SESSIONS*
An individual advisory session with your instructor, Stacia Zadra, RMT. This will be a time to discuss course material, Reiki session techniques, and follow-up on practicum sessions.
$55.00 per session - 4 hours total (Practitioner), 8 hours total (Master/Teacher). No prerequisite required.
REIKI GROUP PRACTICE*
An opportunity for students of all levels to come together and gain confidence and develop their own flair by practicing Reiki on one another.
12 hours total (Practitioner), 20 hours total (Master/Teacher). No prerequisite required.
REIKI GROUP PRACTICUM*
Also known as Reiki Healing Circles. Held monthly for students of all levels to come together and recieve hands-on practice working with volunteers who will recieve treatments in a group setting.
30 hours total (Practitioner), 40 hours total (Master/Teacher). No prerequisite required.
