Learning Reiki
Reiki awakens a natural relationship with healing energy.
Reiki is life force energy within you and around you. Many people experience Reiki as soothing, supportive, grounding, and deeply connected to body, mind, emotions, and spirit.
To learn Reiki is to begin awakening the natural healing abilities within you. In traditional Reiki training, this awakening process is supported through attunements, instruction, practice, and time to develop confidence with the energy.
Stacia’s approach to Reiki training has always emphasized both foundation and personal expression. Students learn the basics, then begin discovering their own relationship with Reiki and the way it moves through their life.

Ask About Reiki ClassesReiki I and II
The beginning Reiki practitioner path.
Reiki I and II have traditionally been taught together as a weekend intensive. Students receive Reiki attunements, learn foundational Reiki practices, and begin working with Reiki symbols, self-treatment, hands-on practice, and distance healing.
The class combines instruction, discussion, experience, and practice. Students are supported in giving and receiving Reiki, learning traditional hand positions, practicing Japanese Reiki techniques, and beginning to develop confidence in their own Reiki style.
Reiki II Symbols
Students are introduced to Reiki II symbols and practice using them in healing sessions and distance Reiki.

Japanese Reiki Techniques
Training may include practices such as Gassho meditation, Reiji-ho, Byosen scanning, Gyoshi-ho, Koki-ho, Kenyoku, and clearing practices.

Reiki for Kids
Gentle tools for sensitive children and teens.
Compass Rose has offered Reiki for Kids as a special Reiki course tailored to the strengths of young minds. These classes were created to help children learn self-care, meditation, emotional awareness, and simple energetic tools they can use in everyday life.
Children today often navigate stress, friendship challenges, school pressure, body image concerns, and intense emotions. Reiki for Kids offers a gentle way to support calm, confidence, and self-awareness.

Advanced Reiki Training
Deepening practice, intuition, and Reiki confidence.
Advanced Reiki Training has been a favorite of many Compass Rose students. This level supports students in deepening their intuitive process, expanding their personal expression as Reiki practitioners, and strengthening their confidence with more advanced Reiki techniques.
Past Advanced Reiki Training included a Reiki Master attunement, the Usui Master symbol, Reiki meditations, crystal and stone work, Reiki grids, guided meditation, and preparation for Reiki III/Master training.
Master Symbol
Students are introduced to the Usui Master symbol and how it may strengthen Reiki practice.
Reiki Meditation
Meditation practices support focus, energy awareness, and expanded consciousness.
Reiki Grids
Students may learn how to create and charge a Reiki grid for ongoing energetic support.
Practice and Integration
Students are encouraged to continue practicing after class through Reiki circles or personal practice.
Reiki III / Master
The Reiki Master path and the practice of attunement.
Reiki III/Master training traditionally follows Advanced Reiki Training. Students deepen their relationship with the Reiki Master path and learn how to pass Reiki attunements.
This level has included instruction in the Usui system of attunements, the Tibetan system, healing attunements, advanced meditation, and significant practice time so students can become more confident in administering attunements.
Some students choose to teach Reiki, while others take Reiki Master training for personal growth, family support, service, or a deeper relationship with the Reiki path.

Karuna Reiki®
Compassionate action and deeper Reiki practice.
Karuna is a Sanskrit word often translated as “compassionate action.” In Reiki training, Karuna Reiki is a path that invites compassion, wisdom, and service to deepen in the practitioner.
Karuna Reiki training has traditionally been offered to those who have completed Usui Reiki Master training. It includes additional symbols, attunements, practice time, meditation, chanting, toning, and deeper work with compassion and the shadow self.
