Sacred Self-Forgiveness

Heal the self. Transform your relationships.

Sacred Self-Forgiveness is a gentle, guided mentoring journey for those carrying guilt, regret, shame, or sorrow around the past. Whether you are holding pain from how you treated another, how you abandoned yourself, or how life unfolded in a difficult season, these sessions offer a compassionate space to face what has been carried, reconnect with truth, and begin relating to yourself in a new way.

About Your Practitioner

Stacia Zadra is the founder of Compass Rose Healing Arts and brings decades of experience in intuitive mentoring, spiritual healing, and compassionate guidance. She creates a grounded and nonjudgmental space for clients to face what has been difficult to hold alone, supporting greater self-awareness, truth, and healing without bypassing the deeper work.

Sacred Self-Forgiveness is not about excusing harm or pretending the past did not matter. It is about releasing the burden of carrying it alone, understanding what is ready to be seen, and allowing healing to create a different relationship with yourself. As this begins to shift, many people notice more compassion, more clarity, and a greater ability to be present and honest in their relationships.

Who This Is For
