Here at Compass Rose, we are finding new tools and techniques every day to aid the healing and ascension processes. Our Atlantean and Lemurian rooms (along with Brian DeFlores' accelerators) have been two of our most effective tools and we are combining the unique and powerful experience of a session with equally powerful guided meditations.
These meditations, shared by Dr Joshua David Stone through the I AM University, support the ascension process through clearings, initiations and vibrational lifts. They take you out of the physical so that you can experience energetic healing and shifting on the Soul level, which leads to immediate changes in daily life.
These meditations have been used in our Angelic Reiki classes to accompany and support the extremely high-vibrational energetic attunements that students receive. They produce a very relaxed state, often meditative, and allow the mental mind to step aside so that the Higher Self can take over and direct the session.

My experience: Shortly after getting on the bed I felt centered and aligned. Although the space blanket did require a little getting used to it quickly went unnoticed for most of my time on the table. Despite trying to negotiate for more time, 30 minutes clearly is all the time that is needed. I felt pretty good after the attunement. As the week unfolded I have been sleeping through the night on most nights, part of my intention on the table. (For weeks prior I had been getting up for 2-3 hours between 1-3 AM.) In addition there have been some awesome unravellings of old information, greater inspired creativity, and just this morning I was wondering with a friend how my day could get better and it was only 9 AM.
