Are you having trouble losing weight?

There has been much written about weight loss. There isn't a day that goes by that you don't see something on the Internet about ways to lose weight. It is either exercise more and eat less, eat less carbohydrates, eat more protein. Try this diet and that diet. While the intake of food and what particular foods one should consume are important, there are other areas that must be examined and evaluated.

How Your Emotions Affect Your Weight

Several individuals like Bradley Nelson (founder of The Emotion Code and Body Code) and Brent Phillips (a Theta Healer and author of The Formula for Miracles) have addressed other areas that require attention when one is trying to lose weight. First, it is important to rename the process of "weight loss" and replace it with "fat release." If you are trying to lose weight, then you will find it again.

There are several areas that are important. The first is whether or not one has a "Heart Wall." The Heart Wall is an energetic wall around the heart that is made up of negative feelings or emotions. 93% of the population has a heart wall. There is an invisible link between a sad heart and gaining weight. The heart longs for joy and food is a source of temporary joy. When there is the presence of a Heart Wall, joy becomes impossible to feel and we make up for the lack of joy by eating with resultant weight gain. Toxins, Diet and Stored Fat

The second area of importance is whether or not you are toxic. We are all toxic. The average person consumes 14 pounds of toxins annually. These toxins include food additives like Aspartame, MSG (Monosodium glutamate), and High Fructose Corn Syrup. Even drinking water contains toxins. Toxins in drinking water are Fluoride, Chlorine, Arsenic, and Heavy Metals. Toxins are stored in the fat in bodies. When the body releases fat toxins are released into the system. Unless one clears the toxins, the body will regain the fat to store the toxins.

The typical American diet contains impurities. The body protects itself from these impurities by increasing the amount of fat. When one loses weight, a smaller body means an increased percentage of impurities in the body. As the body senses the increase in the impurities, it goes into rebound and regains the weight to protect the body. If one cleanses the body, the body will keep the weight off. One way to help keep the impurities in the body low is to eat foods that are alive. The body will start to cleanse itself. Also, according to JJ Virgin, the author of The Virgin Diet, the best way to keep toxins out of the body is to eliminate certain foods. These foods include Gluten, Dairy, Eggs, Soy, Corn, Peanuts, and Sugar and artificial sweeteners. Eliminating these seven foods will help the body to release fat and keep the body thin and healthy.

Are you your own worst enemy?

Another area of importance in fat release is the concept of Emotional Sabotage. Bradley Nelson discovered a concept he calls "Addictive Heart Energy." Addictive Heart Energy is an energy that causes obsessive, addictive, and destructive behaviors and problems that are not pleasurable. It is easy to fix. One must have a Heart Wall to have Addictive Heart Energy. When one releases the Heart Wall, s/he can release Addictive Heart Energy.

Lack of exercise can also sabotage ones fat release program. Emotions of hopelessness and lack of control can make exercise difficult. Removing these emotions and blocks can make exercise more enjoyable and sustainable.

Are you too good of a friend?

Being too good a friend can cause you to become overweight. When we take on the emotions of others, the emotions can block the release of fat. When we allow friends to vent to us, we can take on their negative emotions which makes it difficult to release fat. The Emotion Code/Body Code can help rid these emotions that belong to others.

Finally, excess weight can be used as "Armor." It is a way to deal with negative energies. It is a protection and your body's response to the negative energy of bad memories.

If one holds a belief system that is associated with blocks to weight release and optimal health, fat release from the body will be very difficult to obtain and maintain.
