The Heart Wall
"During times of emotional pain or distress, your heart can be really hurt or injured- this is where the words "heartache" and "heartbreak" come from. Sometimes we need to put up a form of protection, or a "wall" around the heart - but you can't build a wall of nothing, right? What ends up being used as "building materials" are the most common excess energies in the body- Trapped Emotions. The problem is that the Heart-Wall doesn't dissolve on its own, even if you don't need it anymore. Having a Heart-Wall long-term is like living in a bomb shelter - it's necessary short-term to protect you while the "bombs" are falling, but if you continue to "live" live from your heart, create abundance and find true love. Now that's what life is all about!" - Dr. Bradley Nelson
The heart is the most powerful organ in your body. It beats about 100,000 times a day, 40 million times a year, and if the connection between your brain and your heart were to be severed, your heart would keep right on beating.
Using a new machine called the magnetocardiogram (MCG), which measures the magnetic field of the heart rather than the electrical field by an EKG, scientists found that the heart's magnetic field extends up to 12 feet in diameter around the body.
Using the MCG machine they found the following:
Every beat of the heart sends messages to all the cells of the body.
The brain in your head obeys the messages sent by the heart.
The heart can "think" for itself.
The heart has the ability to "remember" things.
Scientists now believe that the heart is actually a "second brain." This understanding first came to light when heart transplant recipients would sometimes receive the affinities, the memories, and the laws of the donor along with the new heart.
Scientists also discovered that when a person feels love or affection for another person, the heartbeat of the person sending that love or affection can be measured in the magnetic brain waves of the recipient. The heart is both the sender and the receiver of information. The heart sends and receives the energy of "love."
The Heart Wall
There may have been times in your life when you have felt the physical sensation of "heartache." This feeling of pressure or discomfort in the chest and throat occurs when the deepest part of us is under assault, typically when someone is hurting us or we are feeling a deep sense of grief, hurt, or loss. Dr. Nelson believes that if you have this experience more than a couple of times in your life, your subconscious mind will form an "energy wall" to protect your heart against further heartache and against further assault. He named this wall of energy the "Heart-Wall."
The Consequences Of A Heart Wall
Dr. Nelson found that the Heart-Wall hampers your ability to give and receive love and to feel good emotions. Having a Heart-Wall contributes to feelings of isolation and can create depression as well as other problems. The physical effects can be chest pain, neck pain, and shoulder pain. The emotional effects are numbness, depression, and relationship difficulties. In his experience Dr. Nelson found that approximately 93% of people have a Heart-Wall. When you get rid of your Heart-Wall by using the Emotion Code you can find love, feel better, overcome depression, and be successful by following your heart.
The Big Picture
The single most important thing we can do for ourselves is to get rid of the trapped negative emotions that are forming that "wall" around our heart. The Emotion Code is the only way that he knows how to do this. It is the simplest, most efficient method of releasing trapped emotions ever devised.
He states, "The only way we can change this world and bring it to a higher level of civilization is through changing the inhabitants of this earth, one at a time. By helping people shed their emotional baggage, we transform them back into the pure spirits that they should be, and they become empowered to become who God intended them to become; their pains and phobias, their addictions and self-defeating behaviors fall away, and the pure essence of each individual shines forth from each heart, filling the immensity of space. This is how the world will change; and I guarantee you, it will, one person at a time…" Dr. Bradley Nelson
Dr. Nelson believes that, "When we help people to get well, and when we release imbalances that they have, and we help them to function better and feel better, and get over their anxiety or depression, or other physical illnesses, it's like dropping a pebble into the pond of eternity. Those ripples go on and on and spread out forever. They never stop. You can do a little bit of work on someone and you really have absolutely no idea what the end result will be many, many years from now. The Body Code and the Emotion Code are the tools to do this."
