Chakra Clearing
Chakra clearing is used to address a wide range of emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual ailments. We can carry pieces of our past in our chakras; energy from family members or others that we've been close with, energy from trauma or abuse, energy from our past lives, emotions, regrets, and many other snippets of who we are and what we've been through.
Releasing old, stagnant energy from the chakras allows us to release the past, whatever it may have held, and open ourselves up to health, joy, peace, and abundance. Having healthy energy centers also allows us to have healthy relationships and to communicate in loving, authentic, and effective ways.
The chakras are responsible for moving energy in and out of our bodies, which makes this technique invaluable to any form of energy workers, as well as for individual health.
